Hi everyone! I'm very, very new here, but I saw this and couldn't resist. A website for people around my age? I didn't know these could exist! I'm so very used to getting lost in the shuffle of adult writers... I'm very excited to be here! Anyways, my name is Gretchen and I'm 16. I've been writing for as long as I can remember and hope to do it forever. I write mostly fantasy fiction with some paranormal and mainstream thrown in. I'm the editor of my school's teen magazine, have my own blog at www.adkwriter15.wordpress.com and even have a novel that's self-published through CreateSpace thanks to National Novel Writing Month. Can't wait to explore this site further!

My name is Ryan, and I'd like to be one of the first to welcome you to YWS! Something about this site truly is magical, in a weird internet sort of way (although one could argue that the internet is magic, anyway) and it definitely hit home with me, I'm hooked. Personally, I'm on here at least once every day for an hour at a time, either reading new additions or simply just socializing with people here. This place is truly wonderful.

That is so cool... You're very welcome heree. I tried other sites (where there's a lot of adults) well, I think kids like...should be separated. we're better. kiddin'... haha...it's just fun-er to be with fellow young writers... so yeah.
