Well I thought I'd make one of these...except I really don't know what to say...so ask away! Wait! I thought of something! I will solve the mystery of where the DMV area is for those of you who are confused. It stands for *drumroll* the DC, Maryland, Virginia area. DC as in Washington DC for all you foreign people . Anyone live in/around/near there? I feel like I'm the only person who lives there on here.... Other things! I commute to uni, which is like 29 mi from my house, and my schedule's strange. I have class until 9:00 pm some days. But I get an hour break before my last class on those same days, so I am posting! I declared one(I'm doing two) of my majors as Linguistics. I have no idea about the other one....got any ideas?

Although, apparently there is a dire shortage of philologists in the world. And as Philology is similar to linguistics, you might find it interesting.

Sounds interesting. What type of a job could I get with it?

Umm... a philologist? (I don't actually know)
Apparently the Harvard program is actually easy to get into because no one wants to go into philology anymore...

Ah...I wonder if I could get into Harvard that way...maybe for Graduate school
