Hi Everyone

Hi, I'm Aidan and I am new to YWS...My friend suggested it to me.
I write poetry normally. I write all the time normally at night is when i get my best ideas. Most of my stuff is about love and death and things like that. Some people call it emo, whatever.
Some random things about me:
My favorite weather is the rain.
I don't realy have a favorite quote .
I prefer real Christmas trees.
I used to write fictional stories ( maybe I will start that up again).
Favorite genre of books is realistic fiction and fantasy.
A favorite movie is Inception.
Favorite song is You Are So Beautiful by Escape The Fate.

I hope you enjoy yourself here! YWS can be hard to navigate at first, so if you need any assitance or just need a friend to talk to, you can feel free to message me! However, the people in green are the junior moderators and truly some of the most helpful people if you have questions.

Have you had the chance to check out the clubs? It is a great way to narrow down the users and find people more like you. Also, you can have a blog on YWS (I used to have one, but blogging is an art and one I am seemingly not talented at). And poetry, hm? That happens to be my worst type of writing (how ironic), but I do get my ideas at night, much like you say you do.

Do you have a favorite genre of books? A favorite movie, perhaps? Why don't you tell us your favorite quote? What's your favorite song? Rain or sun? Winter or summer? Fake Christmas trees or real ones? Sorry for the overwhelming twenty questions, but it's quite customary.

Howdy Aidan! Welcome to YWS. It's always nice to see new faces about.

Writing at night is one of the best times to write. For one you'll rarely get interrupted by parents >.< And it's such a peaceful, inspiring time. Do you just write poetry or have you dabbled in writing stories too? What are some of your favourite genres?

Check out chat if you ain't shy. It can be overwhelming, but if you jump right in a conversation it's pretty fun. And it's a good way to get to know people.
