Paint your lips with a rich, coal black.
Light the fire and let the blood flow.
Cut my heart with your blunt love -
We're not pretending this is right.

Embrace me like a snake,
Let me die inside.
Take my corpse and play all you like
While I watch from above,
Tethered to my 'yes'.

Bite my lips and drink my saliva.
Lick the inside of my soul.
Spare me nothing, for even if
I give you one, you take it all...

Tear away my clothes
Because they are too small
To fit both of us.
Tear away my skin,
Because that is too.
Tear away my lungs, my veins
My muscles, my bones,
Until you reach my heart
To devour with love.

Let me rot between your putrid teeth,
Between your licking lips with lust.
Let me sweat out of your mouldy skin
Without a word, just a drop of
Failed cooling.

Force me to eat your throbbing body.
"Let's digest each other forver" you say.
"Ok" I reply, "ok, ok"
Like a dying bird flapping its wings for the last time.

This was a twisted way to look at love. I really liked it. It wasn't just your average run of the mill, sappy, "Oh, I love you." love poems. It makes you think, it makes you shudder, and it makes you embrace individuality.

The only part I didn't quite understand was the last stanza.

Force me to eat your throbbing body.
"Let's digest each other forver" you say.
"Ok" I reply, "ok, ok"
Like a dying bird flapping its wings for the last time.

Why repeat 'ok' three times? Does it tie into the dying bird's flapping wings?

Anyways, I liked it.

Thank youuuuuuu :D The last stanza, force me to eat your throbbing body is like rape me in a twisted canniballistic way, and lets digest each other forever is like a play on the cliché "Ohh let's run away together and be together forever and never leave me and bla bla bla" and the oks are supposed to sound like the flapping of a bird's wings. And the dying bird flapping its wings for the last time is about the last freedom, the last sex is of death. freedom runs away.

Because this poem was about agreeing to have sex with someone with whom it would have been really twisted and wrong but who I knew liked me, not in a gorss way but in a legitimate romantic way, but still it would have been really disgusting and I would have blamed her for being so twisted. But she never made a move anyway, I doubted she would. This was just for the sake of writing a really creepy poem haha.

Ok. Sort of creepy, but a good poem none the less. Like the last reviewer, i didn't get the last stanza:
Force me to eat your throbbing body.
"Let's digest each other forver" you say.
"Ok" I reply, "ok, ok"
Like a dying bird flapping its wings for the last time.

Force me to eat your throbbing body.

hide your kids, hide your wife... lol, NM.

"let's digest teach other forver" you say.

First off, it's Forever not forver. No biggie. But this... I think you should change it. It's really creepy and turned me away. Digest is completely wrong. Try 'lets never stop this' or something. Digesting? Ew, no offense.

"ok" I reply, "ok, ok"

"Ok," i reply, "ok,ok." First of. But i understand this, like he loves her so that he doesn't have muh else to say. In a cliche way, pretty much that 'the MC loves her so much, he keeps her talking to make sure she's real'.

Like a dying bird flapping its wings for the last time.

Love this!!! Doesn't fit in here, though, but it's a good line!

Overall, this is a nice piece very good. Keep writing!

One of the things I love about YWS is the quote generator. For example, I'm reading a really serious work, and then I see "Moo. - cow" at the bottom of the page.
