Greetings Young Writer's Society!

After joining the site, I recieved a message that spoke very highly of 'creating a new topic' within the Welcome Area section of the website. So, I guess this is my effort lolz... (how ever good or bad it may turn out)

I was searching the internet for somewhere to call 'home;' a place I'd hope that could accept a writer's heart. Hopefully, in searching for this such place that I came across the right doorway - the one whose light is always on inside, instead of out and unwelcoming.

So, again, Hello there YWS! (I hope I can say it like that)

My real name is a mystery for right now, but as of now please call me Nobile Maxime. I love to write and occasionally read. My favorite genre tends to be either a mix of fantasy and(or) science fiction. Both are full of uncertainty and most of all, imagination! All of which are key components into developing both the left and right sides of the brain.

Favorite Color: Green
Favorite Food: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Favorite Cuisine: Japanese and Chinese (Sushi Sushi, Hibachi, Egg Roll)
Favorite Style: Victorian/Steam Punk

I hope you find the little I've shared a little interesting. And I hope I can learn lots from the likes of you guys as well. Truly excited! I believe it is time for me to stop ranting, and in the mean time perhaps I'll start working on some stuff to post! Gotta' keep the audience 'wide-eyed!'

If you're looking for a place to call home, you've certainly found it. I, as well as many other members, know this place as a sort of online home. We do our best to be a helpful, encouraging community for young writers everywhere. I hope you find what you're looking for here!

I like to write fantasy too! Science fiction I haven't really tried my hand at quite yet, but its something I've thought about. Do you write short stories or novels? I'm a novelist myself, but I've been trying to develop my short story writing skills.

Welcome to YWS! It's certainly a 'homey' environment if you let it be. We're all nice people.
I believe fantasy is also my favorite genre. Science fiction is cool too, though. Never read much of it, however.
Dude, you like green? As do I! I bet you didn't know that. My name gives it all away, I know. xD
Don't really pay attention to the pink, it was the only color that sounded nice with 'shearwater'.
I also liked grilled cheese and tomato soup back in the day, but I got bored and moved on to pasta.
