I decided I'd come see what all the fuss is about.

Well, maybe your friends knew how great YWS is. We're one huge family here, really. People rush to greet you (give it a few days, trust me others will come), they rush to be your first follower and subsequent, and they'll help you if you get lost (trust me, in your first few days here you'll get really lost sometimes.) If you go to the chat room (scroll down on the home page) people will talk to you and make sure you know your way around. Trust me; it's really great here (I'm saying this and I haven't been here two months yet!).

Oh wow, I wasn't aware that this site had a point system. That's ingenious in a way.

Thanks everyone for being so friendly, that's a bit of an odd change to some forums I've hung out in.

What do I like to write? Pretty much anything that lets me run wild and gets me absorbed in another world. I'm still not entirely sure what I like to read though. I suppose mostly thrillers.
