I was hoping Harper wouldn’t try to set something up afterward and have everyone hang out because I just wanted to go home and sit.

'After words' would mean after the words, I don't think that's what you meant.

The day wasn’t a complete waste of time. I relaxed a lot and I even got to text Archer a little bit. We didn’t talk about anything of real importance. But it was still nice to hear my phone vibrate and see “Text from Archer” on the screen. Maybe I still had a shot.

All of this is past tense so 'have' should be too.

I figured out that for at least part of the conversation they were talking about the spring dance.

Here I'm not completely sure what you mean... do you mean 'for the least part of the conversation' or 'for at least a part'?

I had no idea why.

Same here, be careful to keep your verbs tenses the same throughout the story.

“We should have an all-girl’s table,” Archer suggested. So he, Colin, and Eric got up and were replaced by Cathryn, Libbie, and Ella, a saxophone player from the second jazz band.
Everyone spun the bottle twice so I think everyone “kissed” almost everyone else. Then the boys took our spots so they could have a boy table. It was Archer, Colin, Eric, Claiborne, Greg, from the top jazz band, and three guys from the second jazz band, Max, Lucas, and Sam. Those were really funny because half of them were really into it and half looked afraid and like they didn’t want to be there.

That seemed a bit weird for me that Archer would suggest that but I thought it was really cool that the boys weren't homophobes :)

I tried to pass it off as blasé, I didn’t care that his arm was around me, but I’m not sure if I was successful. I was so happy. I mean, his arm was around Raleigh too but whatever.

Is she indifferent or happy?

I felt pleased.
Archer, Claiborne and I finished before most everyone else did so we decided to leave.

Did you mean most of everyone? Or everyone else?

“I have a kill list you know.”
Uh, what?
“What do you mean a kill list?” Archer asked him. He and I exchanged looks.
“Oh you know, people that I’d like to kill if I had the chance.”
Alright that’s a little messed up.

Okay here I was like WHAT? It is indeed...

Okay now, the thing that bothers me is the format... It's not really your fault, YWS screws it up when you post but try to double space things to make it easier for us to read. The dialogue should be spaced as well as the new paragraphs, it'll be much nicer for the eyes.

I love the way you characterize, you characters are outlined well and the story line is coming along great :) I'm waiting to see what will happen with those two! I have still some questions left to be answered so keep writing!
