I can't really comment on the meter, because I don't know how the song is supposed to sound. I like the fact that when I read it, I could sort of feel the beat. I might recommend putting something in italics at the top of the page, saying whether it's meant to be pop, R&B, country, rock, or whatever, and state the tempo (moderately fast, slow, etc.). It might even help to put crescendo or decrescendo in some places, just to give the reader a better feel for the song.

Her smile needs those lies
What can you say when your honesty regrets
Wasting words on someone who couldn’t digress
Away from her own lies
I'm not sure about the word "as" in the first line here. How about "to be" or "for"? Also, you said "lies" twice here. I'm not sure if the repetition is intended, but if it isn't, try "fibs" or some other synonym.
Anyway, you did a great job! I applaud you for even being able to write lyrics; I surely can't. Good luck!
