My name is Fiction and I hail from the far-off land of YWO. I write, for the most part, fantastical fiction. I read prose and poetry and mot much else.
My favorite pigeon-color is rusty primrose.
If I were an admiral my hat would be about three feet tall, dark thick purple velvet swathed around the base, topped with a sprinkle of pearls and droplets of silver, crowned with select plumes from specially-bred bluejays, peacocks, cardinals and macaws.
Need a crit? Come hither. I'm good at that shit.
Anyway, I'll get cracking at this YWS business. Ta-ta.

Hey Fiction! Welcome to YWS!

If you ever need help with anything/anyone, go ahead and PM a moderator (they love to help out the new guys an' gals! :P ) or, if you want to try your luck, PM a regular user. We only don't tell the half-truth part of the sometime...hehe.

So, anyway, what is your favorite book? Favorite movie? Favorite author? And favorite animal?

Also, if I asked you for $50 to save my life, would you give me the money?

Anyway, I feel like I've annoyed you enough. Again, welcome to YWS!

- G

You're strangely nice. Perhaps it's the flooding of trolls over at other sites, but this one just seems so welcoming.
Of course I would give you fifty to save your life. Who am I, Ebenezer Scrooge?
Writer... undecided.
Book... undecided as well. There are too many brilliant works out there to decide.
Genre... fantasy.
Anyhow, I'll be scampering on home now. Thanks, G!

Weclome to YWS, fiction! I'm Esther, it's a pleasure to see that you've found our nice little writing site.

Mostly, everyone here is polite and friendly. Courtesy is required on YWS, so bashing and rude comments aren't really allowed around here.

The fantasy genre is one of my favorites. Is there in fantasy book that you particularly like? I can't wait to see what you've written. I'm glad you want to review, too. Some people don't like it too much.

Anyway, welcome!
It's writing prompt week on my blog a very random pickle!:
