Hello everybody!!! I just wanted to introduce myself, and say that I'm excited about joining this site. I stumbled upon it when searching for writing tips and here I am. So, a little about me...I'm obsessed with To Kill a Mockingbird and Lord of the Rings, as you can see by my username and avatar, and also, Stephen King, Harry Potter, anything remotely nerdy, I dig it.

Now I will shut up and post this topic!

Anyways, welcome to YWS! I'm sure you are going to love it here. It's really quite a wonderful place, if I do say so myself. There's plenty of things you can do to entertain yourself here - review (the 2:1 ratio - post one story, review two works), participate in storybooks, lurk in the chat room, or just wander the forums.

Hahahaa....Our interests are one in the same. To Kill a Mockingbird is one of my favorite books, and Lord of the Rings rocks my socks! Love your avatar.

This site is a great place to get advise for your writing, and just writing in general. However, it can get hard to navigate sometimes so just PM me if you have any questions at all, or just want to talk! Just hit the PM button on my avatar or just post a question on my wall.
