Jessica:

"Bruno, how many times have I told you not to attack the fans?" I gave the man a scathing look, which he brushed off. "You know that this'll be a PR nightmare soon enough!"

"You know girl, it's people like me who made this company as legendary as it is, so get out of my face!"

I took a step back, glaring at him. "No."

Bruno took a step forward, into my personal space. "I'm warning you girl, I wouldn't bat one eyelash if I have to hit you," he whispered.

I took another step back, nervous now. "You wouldn't."

"Oh, wouldn't I, little girl?" He asked absently, stepping around me. "You're obviously quite new here so lets just say some of my 'accidents' didn't make it out of the hospital." He chuckled and turned to give me a smile.

I was panicking-not good. Thank god Kerli from Klueless turned the corner just then and slowed to walk.

"What's going on here?" she asked, looking from me to Bruno and back..

~Kerli~

"Nothing," Bruno said. I nodded, coming closer. I wasn't afraid of him, just like I wasn't afraid of anyone else here. I'd taken combat classes, and I had to deal with a few crazy fans. I just shook it off. I was a little nervous about being with a new band. This was my second week, so I shouldn't be scared. They seemed to show a little affection for me. They definitely didn't hate me, that was obvious.

"Go on ya big teddy bear," I said, swatting his arm. He looked down at me with his I-won't-hesitate-to -kill-you look on his face. I rolled my eyes, and turned to talk to Jessica. I had talked to her before; she was pretty cool. Not like some other people I'd talk to from my past bands, but yea, she was pretty cool.

Bruno - Hallway

“Nothing.” He growled at Kerli. Little-Miss-I’m-So-Perfect-And-Nice, he hated brats, he hated teens and most especially he loathed Jessica, if he had her way with her, he’d make that bitch scream.

“Ooooh two girls are standing up to me, whatever shall I do.” He cackled after he finished and smirked, “I could take you both chicks.”

"Did you just threaten us?" she asked her staring aggressively at him.

“Perhaps chicks, but perhaps just talking about some violent loving”

Jess gasped and keeping her voice level, he grinned at her struggle she replied, “You’re not serious.”

“Of course not little girl! Now get out of my face Rome Burns playing our biggest gig in a while, just make sure you do your job!”

He watched her move away, and turned to other girl, “Kerli, move it before I break that little body. Karate or not, I’ve fought them all. Go”

She glared at him before turning away.

Rome Burns were going to be legendary if he had anything to say about it.

Jessica | Hallway:

I watched Bruno walk off. I just knew his usual smirk was marring his face and glared at his retreating back. What a jerk, I thought with venom and turned to Kerli. She was frowning at him.

"I hope he didn't mean that," I muttered and noticed that my hands were shaking. I needed a drink. "Excuse me," I said and headed off down the hall.

Where had I put the bottle again? Oh, that's right. In my bag....which was in the break room. Great. I was pretty sure that that was where Bruno was headed...

I smiled as i twirled in my chair, I saw ABC coming down the hall. She was with some band i wasn't familiar with, must be the newbies i heard about. I opened the door and leaned out as she was walking by.
"Hey ABC, why don't you come visit me anymore?" I batted my eye lashes, trying to be cute. She rolled her eyes at me. Ya she wasn't one to fall for my flattery easily. I hopped up from my chair seeing the lead singer, ya they're all innocent when they first get here. I kissed her hand, and smiled when i saw her blush.
"To who do i owe the honer of meeting." I wagged an eyebrow, she giggled and the one big guy pulled her away.
"That's Em, our lead vocals..." He named off the rest of them, but they didn't matter. The singers were the ones who everyone remembered.

I rubbed my eyes. I was getting sleepy, but I refused to fall asleep in the studio. Past experience taught me it never ended it well. I tucked my notebook into my bag and picked up my bass. I strummed it wistfully and smiled to myself. I played a few notes and let my fingers dawdle. I had no idea what to do now, except go home. But first, I wanted to see something.

I walked over to the sound board and twisted a few dials, pushed a few switches. I hit play, and pleased with the sample I heard, turned the machine off. I always sang my songs into the machine before showing them to the band, just to make sure rhythm and melody were in check. I never let anyone know I did it, and no one ever knew how to get to my samples.

It was probably getting late... I should get going.

I opened the door and ran straight into... someone I didn't know. Well, that was rare. I apologized and pushed past him, bass case in hand. I took a taxi back to my apartment and collapsed on the couch. I closed my eyes and listened to the peacefully oblivious blabberings of the actors on my TV screen. I pulled myself off the couch, grabbed a cold slice of pizza, and laid back down on the couch.

God. What was happening to my life? I had sat in the studio all day, eating a light lunch and no breakfast, went home without socializing with anyone, and had a slice of pizza for dinner. Not much of a day. Maybe tomorrow will be different, I thought before falling asleep.
hey, Jude, don't make it bad
take a sad song and make it better
remember to let it into your heart
then you can start
to make it better.

She showed us around, but it wasn't really that interesting, until we reach the recording rooms. I always wanted to see a real one, not the makeshift one we had in my garage. We were passing one off the rooms when a guy popped his head out.
"Hey ABC, why don't you come visit me anymore?" he said in a sweet tone. He looked over at me and jumped up from his spot. "To who do i owe the honer of meeting." He asked kissing my head. I felt my cheeks heating up as he wiggled his eyebrow. I giggled smiling at him. Our guitarist pulled me away, scowling at him.
"That's Em, our lead vocals..." he said. He named off everyone else and said we should get going, he pushed the small of my back, urging me to go.
"It was a pleasure meeting you." I said.
"Like wise." He winked, I giggled again.

Bruno – Common Room

Pushing the door near off his hinges he grinned seeing many of the younger groupies and bands shiver. Aiming for the sofa he threw himself down, and pulled his cell out, before grabbing the controls and shooting the wide screen set on.

A singer turned down round annoyance in her face but she said nothing grumbling about having enough trouble song writing. Smirking he opened a beer and sat back, totally ready for tonight show; with the release of their latest EP he was sure tonight would be epic.

Switching the TV off before glancing a pretty red head groupie, ambling over he stroked his beard thoughtfully, “Wanna be a groupie for a real band sunshine?”

Saying nothing he continued, trying to woo her before he heard the yell.

“Bruno GET THE FUCK TO MY OFFICE!”

Well, that didn’t take long.

Turning he looked for anyone laughing, chuckling when he saw no one he walked out.

I heard the door knob to my office turn. I felt a gentle breeze as the door opened with a creak and then a slight slam when the door was closed. I was turned around facing the wall when I heard a low chuckle.

"Sit down Bruno.", I sounded a little more serious and maniacal than usual.
Bruno started to speak. "Look if you're gonna ye-." But I cut him off sooner than he expected.
"Sit down....now!"

I turned my chair to face him. I leaned back in the reclining seat, placing my elbos on the arm resests and interlacing my fingers. I gave him a glaring look, and his smile easily turned upside down.

"What did I hire you for, Bruno?" There were a couple seconds of a somewhat awkward silence.
"Ummm, I don't know, make music.", he said, hoping it was the answer I wanted to hear.
"Wrong! You are here to work for me. The agreement was to make them sound good, not f*ck around and disrupt my business!!" I was now out of my chair and in his face.

He tried to speak again, but my voice was already there first. "Now I could get over your drug habits and your silly little rave games, but messing with the new recruits IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!" The look on Bruno's face was absolutely unimaginable. His chuckle was now a simple frown upon his face. He dare not look at me or things would probably get worse.

"I'll give you another chance, Bruno, seeing as that you have a least some talent in this industry. But let me assure you this is a dog eat dog world. If I kick your a** out of this place, you will get eaten alive." I stormed out of the room, slamming the door on my way out. I walked down the hall gently chuckling at the incident that just happened, leaving Bruno in the room, sitting down as he spirals into emotional distress.
"I've seen your heart, and it is...mine."

Amberly~

Amberly smirked as Bruno strode from Mr. Baxter's office, a pained look on his face. Her brow furrowed together, and her crossed her arms. "Sucks getting yelled at, doesn't it?" She smirked when he returned to his seat. He simply glared.

"Shut up A," he snarled maliciously, Amberly laughing softly and striding towards Mr. Baxter's office.

"Uhm, Sir. The band wants to record for a moment, would you like to come watch?" She asked softly, eyes full of the fading humor. She really had gotten a kick out of Bruno's punishment.

Jessica|Common room:

I slipped inside the room and looked around, noticing that Bruno was absent. I didn't care what anyone said: I took that last threat seriously. Several people glanced my way while I scanned the room, looking for my bag. Ah, there it was, over by the TV. I strode across to it, picked it up and strode back across the room, towards the door.

"Hey Jess," someone called as I passed by. I nodded, only half listening.

Muttering a vague reply, I quickly left the room ad headed off down the hall to the restroom. Once there, I locked myself in a stall and pulled my little bottle out of my bag.

"One last time," I muttered and tipped up the bottle.
