Hello, I'm new here also and just wanted to check in. I'm a bit confused, but I feel with more exploring I'll get the hang of everything around here. I just want to say that everyone seems so nice and helpful (one reason that I joined). Also, the stories/poems/rants are awesome. I look forward to sharing my stuff soon!

I welcome thee to the Young Writer's Society! Haha... that makes me sound like a freak. I love it. Don't worry, I'm normal....

Anyway! Welcome to the site. I'm pretty sure that you are bound to make some great new friends, I have since joining YWS. You said that you are confused; I understand! When I first found this site, I had absolutely no idea where anything was. It definitely took me a while to figure some things out. If you're unsure about where things are or if you're confused, just send me a PM. I will be more than happy to help you!

If you're having some serious trouble though, bullying for example, you should contact a Moderator. In case you didn't know, they're the cool people with green usernames. In fact, Suzanne is one. She's already welcomed you so you already know one of the Mod's that you can contact if you need help. So yeah... DANCE!

I'm not going to ask you a load of questions, just the one. If I asked you loads of them, it would be annoying for both you and me. Well, it would annoy me... I love how aggressive I sound. Anyway, yeah, here's my question. Do you have a pet ferret? If not, would you like one? I would.

I really favor reading and writing realistic fiction and romance. I'm a sap like that
I don't really have a favorite type of music. It just depends on if I like the song or not. Pop, rock, rap, country...it doesn't matter to me. My all time favorite color is purple! It's passionate and awesome like that. Haha. My least favorite color would be...maybe a dark army green color. And of course, the most important question. I would be a palm tree or a maple tree. What about you?

I really like Edgar Allan Poe. I like the dark and soultrending aspect of some of his works.

Sadly I don't have a pet ferret. I wouldn't mind one though!
