I like the concept of the piece, the contrast between the woman and the lion: ghostly and real, frail and strong, awake and asleep.
I just think you could put some more work into it:
the tree could use some more definition: it looks very rough right now. Some more light and shading on it, line a little bit cleaner, and a visible and definite limit to where the trunk ends would help.
The woman looks alright, but a few nitpicks: her raised hand seems a bit disproportionate to the rest of the body, and the line of the nose seems to go really, really high up. I'm not sure if it's just a strand of hair or really a prolongation of that line, but it just looks weird, like it's cutting across her forehead.
The lion's definitely out of proportion. I'm not sure where it's supposed to be spatially speaking: by the woman's side, between her and the tree? The background lacks depth that would allow us to tell. Also, its rump is a bit too low, and the angle you've drawn his hind leg at is awkward. Try foreshortening a little bit more, I think that's the main issue here.

Edited to correct typo and add missing word.

Out of all the Egyptian goddesses, Bast has always been my favorite (closely followed by/tied with Sekhmet).

The first thing I noticed was this was very rough, the tree, especially. The sand also, in particular, looks unfinished. This gives this picture an overall rushed and sloppy feeling, as if you couldn't be bothered to finish it. I suggest taking more time in the future to smooth things out and blend colors that need blending together, like what you did with the lion. Your pictures will look much better.

As far as the goddess goes, I would not have known it was Bast if you hadn't had the little blurb up top. For one, she has no cat head. For another, her outfit is not at all Egyptian in style. Lastly, she's pale. Granted, she's ethereal at the moment, but ghostly or not, I do think she ought to be darker than her dress considering that she's an Egyptian goddess, and the Egyptians are hardly what one would call pale.

You did a decent job on the anatomy for both Bast and the lion, though there are some issues with proportion. Jagged pointed out most of these, though, so I suggest you pay attention.

One thing I think that might help you in the future is if you didn't use black lines. Try using a color that's close to but slightly darker than the color of the object you're drawing. It takes and practice, but your drawings will look much more natural.

Hola,

Okay, so individual things first.

Bastet
First of all, Bastet's proportions are kind of off. She doesn't have a right hand, and her lower body is short and feet-less. It looks like you were trying to make Bastet look like a ghost. I guess the pencil bothers me. I can't tell what medium you used for the rest, but why not use that for Bastet, too? Also, just because she is transparent doesn't mean you can't shade her.

Lion
The lion is good from the waist up, but its lower body is almost nonexistent. Work on proportions.

I really, really like the tree and the sky! I love how the sky has the bright spot, and the tree contrasts with it nicely.

Overall, nice job!
