Hio! My name is Scarlett, and I was reccomended this site by a friend! I'm a crazy 13 year old gal who enjoys locking herself up in her room and writing! Sounds fun, huh? I looked around here and found a bunch of stuff that looks very interesting, like the Art and Photography section... I enjoy listening to oldies music and painting with my mom in the basement. My dad has a ton of old records that I love, like ABBA and The Beatles, and my latest fovorite, Eddie Arnold. So, in hopes that some of you will write back, tell me about yourselves! What do you like to write? I enjoy fantasy myself, you know, I just love coming up with new creatures and man-eating plants. The works. Well, enough of my ranting, I hope I'll be accepted into this community

As you know by now, I am Gladius, aka Glad, aka the chat-dragon-extraordinare and master of the Glad-combo! ^.^ I too like writing fantasy, though the ratio usually ends up being 9 parts fanfiction (Zelda, primarily) to 1 part fantasy. And then of course all the fanfiction is fantasy or sprinkled with fantasy, sooo, yeah. ^_^
The Art and Photo section is fun! Lots of good photographers/artists on here as well as writers. It's neat to see what everyone comes up with, especially story-related. Be sure to check out the other sections, too, though, especially (since you like fantasy) the poetry and other sections. It's good to widen one's horizons, and there are tons of great poets on here.
And don't forget to leave comments! Comments are always appreciated, and reviews even more so, especially if you can offer advice which the author really needs or never thought about before. The great thing about this site is being able to share with others and compare experiences and writing styles!
Ok, I guess that's enough for now. I'm sure the Greeters (one of the pretty-color-name people, I forget which one though...I don't really keep track of 'em haha) will give you a low-down on rules and stuff.
