Okay, so this one is not my favorite but I wanted to see how other people thought of it. I tried putting it in a fast past, then compared it to a slow one. I believe this one's beat is harder to comprehend than the others. What do YOU think?

1) I've heard you sing on that big stage,
At night you write page after page.
But none of those lyrics are about me,
I can't understand why you can't see...

(Chorus)
Why won't you write me a love song,
You've ignored me way too long.
You've treated me so wrong,
Why won't you write me a love song.

2) It can be about how my heart,
How you want to keep it from falling apart.
I sure hope you really care,
I feel it my heart start to tear...

(Chorus)
Why won't you write me a love song,
You've ignored me way too long.
You've treated me so wrong,
Why won't you write me a love song.

3) So when you find that perfect sound,
Please consider me before you write it down.
But if I'm not that meaningful to you,
I guess baby, we're through...

(*Chorus*)
So you didn't write me a love song,
You've ignored me way too long,
So I'm gone....
You've treated me so wrong,
And you never wrote that song.
You didn't write me a love song.
So I'm gone....
That love song, yeah, yeah.....

Add one stolen night of bliss
One girl, one boy, some grief,
some joy Memories are made of this.”

OOooOOoo very good! I think it flowed rather well, and hte different pace settings really added life to it! I think though the set out or really just length was a 'lil short. I think you could've lengthened it, and though I don't know where, added a few words here and there. Great Job!
I spy!

I liked it. I think it was very short but very good. I think that you could add a lot more to the song and there is also one thing that I noticed. I just don't see why you would leave him just for not writing you a song. Sure its sweet and everything and it makes you feel important but I cant write unless I get this feeling. I cant explain it but if I write without it my work sucks. Like I could never just choose to write a song about some one. It would have to come naturally. But that's just me. :) Over all I liked the way it flowed and I thought it was a nice song.

Hey Hydey!

Okay! To avoid any confusion, I'm going to call "he" the person you're writing about and "you" the narrator. Just because.

Anyway, a quick note, but right now there's a bit of confusion as to whether he knows you or knows of you or doesn't know you at all. Because if he doesn't know you, technically he can't do you wrong. And if he knows of you, he really doesn't know you very well, so it seems unreasonable for you to be making any demands on him.

Uh huh. I am a hopeless unromantic.

Nice poppy song though! :D

Thanks peoples! I tried to make it about a girl tired of her boyfriend not paying as much attention to her as he does his music career, but I can see how it can be confusing, since she is wanting him to write her a love song. Thanks for reviewing! :)
