(( This is an old poem of mine that I found. It's a religious one, so please, if you do not like religious works, do not criticize. ))
I thought I was alone in this wasteland.
I thought that sorrow would keep me.
One day, I broke free from the clitches of depression.
He had found me.
I stared into his caring eyes.
"This is the man who will save us in the end." I thought.
This man who stands before me is the Lord.
He pulled me out of the pool of tears.
He held me in his loving arms.
"I am the Lord" he said softly.
"I shall save you my child."
A comforting warm sensation came over me.
I knew at that moment,
I would try my hardest to go home.
To heaven,
with the lord.
To be home,
is the truest happiness.
But first,
I must do my duties on this planet.
I grew cheerful and it reflects to everyone I meet.
I shall try to help those in need.
Maybe I can help you too.
I shall try my hardest to bring you with me,
for that is what the lord wants.
