Haha, I love how I'm doing this on Christmas. I love a good relationship/gender convo, though. :)

Okay: tall, dark, and handsome. I know it's generic, and I know it sounds fairytaleish, but see, I'm a fairy tale kinda girl, and I've always believed Mr. Darcy is out there somewhere... ;)

No, really, tall, dark, and handsome is a definite plus, but as long as they're clean, smell nice, and have a great smile, I'm game. :)

Personality wise: honesty is a must, chivalry, Mr. Darcy, a sense of humor, kindness, intelligence, general optimism, Mr. Darcy, shares my faith, passionate, Mr. Darcy, knows how to have fun, openness to life, and did I mention Mr. Darcy?

I know there's a million more qualities, but I'm really attracted to individuality, too. As long as you're yourself, I'll probably like you. Be you, not someone else.

Tall, dark, rich, and handsome is a definite plus, too...;)

Wiggy, I can tell you totally are not looking for a guy like Mr. Darcy.

Ummm...in a guy I would prefer like decent looks. Longish hair and a good smile. No one significantly taller or shorter than me. I like darkish skin but any shade is fine. All of these, of course, are only pluses.

For personality, I need someone who can make me laugh, but doesn't care too much about me making them laugh, because I am troubled in that area :smt002 . I strongly prefer guys who are shy around the girls they crush on. I dunno why.

Nothing turns me off more than I guy who gets bad grades or doesn't like to read. Also, as someone has mentioned, I'd like the guy to actually care about me more than just a hot date.

If the guy is interested in any form of art, that would me amazing too :) .

Reading over these, I realize we all have similar opinions here.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.

Oh boy, here I go xD I'm reallyyyy picky, so I might sound evil.

I CANNOT, WILL NOT, go out with someone who's, what's the nice way to put it? Basically, if they're hollow in the head, I'd probably die from talking to them. They have to be at least my intelligence level because I love competitions and deep conversations. Wow, I sound awful.

If he doesn't have a sense of humor, I'd be self-conscious whenever I'm around him. I'm a serious person, but my friends know that is definitely not the case 24/7. I like to laugh, I like being myself, and a guy that's critical and thinks he's too good for everything would turn me off to a point where I might even bag on him.

Thoughtful, must must be thoughtful. If I can't have a normal conversation with the guy, there's no way we'll last. I need to feel comfortable around him enough to not feel the urge to try to be "perfect" or that ideal image of a girlfriend. He needs to be a friend before my boyfriend. If we have nothing to talk about, I'll get bored, ignore him, and dump him.

Not too touchy, but not too shy. Hugging, kissing, sure, but any of those gold-digging moves and I'll label him a pervert.

Someone who can understand me. My dad has sweaty hands, and I have sweaty hands. Not all the time, but most of the time, when you're dating someone, you get nervous, therefore, he needs to be able to understand this unfortunate trait I have. He must also laugh when I say "it comes in handy since my skin is never dry!"

If he reads or writes or hangs out at the library, it's an immediate "I must talk to you" deal. It's rare to find a guy who's into literature.

He doesn't have to be sporty, but he can't be out of shape. An athlete is a bonus, particularly baseball or swimming/diving.

I also like guys who aren't into "dating." I prefer a mutual agreement because truly caring for someone is completely different than dating. It'd be really great if he thought about me before himself, and if he was semi-protective and a semi-jealous type.

I kind of have a thing for bad boys and the misunderstood, not what they seem on the outside types. I don't go for your usual ideal guy.

For looks...

Taller than me, please, just so long as he's not a giant. He has to have good hygiene, otherwise, there's no way I'm even holding his hand. I don't even think I'd be able to look at him. Good manners are a plus, but neat freaks are a no-go.

I'm picky with hair: facial hair is an immediate no. I like smooth, not rough. For head-hair, it has to be a good style and what I consider luscious. I called my second boyfriend's hair luscious, and it basically means it has to be shiny, clean, trim, and smell good. Gelled hair his fine, even fohawks.

Piercings and tatoos are alright, just as long as he didn't get them just to get them. Like I said, I like lean muscle, a slender type of guy with broad shoulders and a thin waist.

I'm a sucker for an "angel face," which is basically a a guy with light skin, beautiful blue eyes, and light blond hair, even if it's curly. If he has a serious angel face, I'd be in love the second I set eye on him.

And before you say this type of look is nonexistent, I've met him before! At gamestop! *___* And then I ran into him at my highschool once. Never saw him again T-T

Okay, end girlish rant.

EDIT: If I like him, I like him. If I don't, I don't.

You cannot dream yourself into a character; you must hammer and forge yourself into one.

The writer, when he is also an artist, is someone who admits what others don't dare reveal.

haha, I am so completely too picky. For a fourteen year old, I have extremely high standards.

But! It happens to only work for each particular KIND of guy.
I like the best for each set. Except for Jocks...I really can't stand preppy people lol.

Looks....I like dark hair, fair skin, almond eyes, or green, which is rare. I'm a sucker for spikey hair, or messed up, I don't know why. Tall and not lean, but not buff. Average I guess, but not out of shape. God I sound picky.

Personality- Fiery, bold in a shy way, caring, into literature, and art, someone that likes deep conversations. I like a punching bag that will punch back, haha.
pretty much deep, but a little shy, I like to make people open up.

This is for one kind of guy, lol. If it were an emo, for instance, I'd have a totally different standard. Or blondes. I don't really like blondes lol.

Right now, I dig really slender and doe eyed boys. They just...are cute with their floppy hair and such.

Okay, I'm done, I feel lame now LOL.

I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere. Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen. I'm telling you, amazing things will happen. - Conan O'Brien

Character, integrity, and whatever other good qualities there are. I don't think any of those would be used to describe the girls at my school.

Someone who's fun.

(Yeah, I'm pretty easy to please.)
I wrote the above just for you.
