Please, I need your soothing words.

I just lost hours worth of work I did on my novel. I just about cried, I might. I need your soothing words. Anybody, please. Oh, I don't knwo how this could ahve happened! I was working all day, so hard. And now a large percenmtage of it is gone! My goodness my hands are shaking. I swear my skin went clammy and cold. Hope this never happened to any of you. If it has, how did you cope?

Cheer up AM!!! I haven't had that happen to me but I thought half my novel was lost...
and of course, being me, I just shrugged. It was the bad half, I told myself.
And then I found it on my other computer so... not really an issue.

I'm so sorry AM, but I was never good at soothing people or cheering them up. Just know that the people here on YWS are.. always supportive of their members? Drat. You see, I'm no good


And If that didn't work, are you absoloutely sure that there's no way to find your lost work? No recent document changes, no secret place where these files go when they seem to disappear before your eyes? I would ask how you lost it but I don't want to make this any more painful for you...

And really you are good at soothing people you just don't fully realize it, you soothed me. I just needed to know that there were people out there somewhere who were listening. There are plenty of other nocturnal people on here, and they didn't come to my aid. But you did. Along with Light_Devil!
