The shading and effects are both beautiful. I love how you've got that over-exposed look going on. It makes it so much snazzier. Wonderful job on the make-up too.
What I see is that the left eye is at an odd angle, it should be tilted or lowered a little more. And the left side of the bottom lip looks larger than the other side.
That's all I got for the negatives, and may I say that I had to get my magnifying glass out too. ^^

Oh my god! That's so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so good. Wow is that with photo shop? Dang I wish I could learn how to do that. Did u actually like draw that, or was it made on the computer, because if you did draw that...like....wow! I love it to please make more art like that!

Wow. I actually had to think for a minute to figure out if this was a drawing or photograph! Seriously this is amazing. I don't think I know who she is so I wouldn't be able to tell you if it looks like her, but I don't think it really matters. I hope to see more, keep up the good work! ;D
