Hello!
I would like everyone to call me Skip, just becasue it sounds better than 'word' or 'the'.
I am a true Californian, and I live in the greatest town on earth. Its a secret.

I love many authors, but I have been insprired by few. My style is a mix between the smart alec tone of Zoey Dean, to the vintage ways of Lewis Carroll. A lot of my stories minor characters are based on true people. I would never base my main characters on a true living person, though. Im much more fake than that.

I was told of this site by Alter!ego, who told me everyone here is friendly, and will not critique my writings too harshly. If my writing is really bad, though, fell free to tell me straight. It sucks. I won't mind.

Now I can't wait to read your work. It sounds like an interesting mix.
But, tell me about yourself! What books do you like? What kind of music do you listen too? Who is your favourite author? etcetera etcertera.

I'm not sure if alterego went over the rules with you. So just to be safe!

1) There is a 2:1 review ratio. You're first literary post is free then you have to review to post more.
*Note: The review ratio is going to be increased by 1 every month until December. So in December the review ratio will be 5:1. But don't worry it's more of an experiment for now*
2)No chatspeak like "Omg this is the most anoyin' thing eva, liek rely." because this is a writers site so we will write properly.
3)Please no caps. Caps is when you go like this : THIS IS WHAT CAPS LOOK LiKE. It gives people headaches and isn't the best way to express yourself.
