Disguise

Dante's wound didn't heal, the spell made it bleed more. He shook his head, and looked at Colt.

"Get her, and the baby out of here." he growled.

"Dante..." Dawn whimpered. She was holding the baby in her arms and trying to heal the wound. It just hurt more for him.

"Go, NOW!" he snapped.

Colt grabbed Dawn and blinked. Then they were gone...

Ezra looked down and smiled at Dante.

"Now the fun begins..."

"Let me go. I have to help him. I can't lose him!" She yelled as she tried to pull free of Colt. He didn't let her go though. He kept a tight hold on her as she fought to free herself. "I have to help Dante!"

Dante felt blood pour between his fingers. All he was thinking about was Dawn. He loved her and the baby so much. His cheek felt cold against the wooden floor. Ezra touched his cheek gently.

"I told you I'd get you back."

Dante had no more energy as he passed out.

"When you wake up, you'll be back into your kitty cat form."

Dawn finally convinced Colt to take her back. When they got there she ran upstairs leaving their baby with COlt. She saw Dante laying on the floor in his animal form and a sob tore from her throat. She picked him up and held him close.

"Wake up, love, please." She cried.

Dante's head ached, but he didn't open his eyes. He felt as if he were being lifted away. It took him a couple minutes to realize this was a bad thing.

"Where and the fuck am I?" he growled.

"Your HERE. Of course." Ezra's voice trailed. She laughed. "Your soul belongs to me now. That little witch of yours is going to have to earn it back."

Dawn jumped when Colt walked in. "Where's Dante?" She lifted the black cat and he frowned.

"He can shift, this is what he typically shifts to." She sniffed.
