I haven't been posting much in the literature forums lately. I've been kind of on an artistic streak. So, here's yet another piece of art. "Vivo Vivente", or "Living Alive" in English. Water colour painting. Comments are much appreciated.

eviscerate your fragile frame spill it out in ragged form a thousand different versions of yourself.
That is beautiful! I love the way you first painted the background, then the subject, then spattered on those drips of paint. My only concern is the paper you used. Clearly, you needed to use all the paint that you did, and it is not overdone at all; if it was, the colors would be darker, or, if not, denser. Did you use printer paper? If you perhaps used some heftier water-color paper that you can buy at arts and crafts stores like A.C. Moore, the paper would be less wrinkled, and you would be able to get a different texture from that of the paper.
I absolutely love this! I think it's a moving piece of art. It's so... calm and imaginative. It's like diving into your imagination and seeing what's there. I love it. The colors you used are bright, happy and fun, which makes this piece a lot more enjoyable to look at. Ah, what the heck. I don't know what I'm talking about here. I'm no good at reviewing art.
The only thing I don't particularly like is the octopus looking thing in the top right hand corner. It just seems out of place and out of size compared to the other... guys. But, I love how you splattered paint over it all. It makes it really interesting and fun to look at.
