Proper Form?

So lets say I have a friend, who for ease of conversation we shall call "I". And this friend, I, came up with this idea for a story, the only problem is its not really a story. By "not really a story" I mean it has no conflict, climax, resolution, simply a series of events.
Here is what I have so far.(*note* though there is heavy use of religion throughout it is not a religious story, just thought I would throw that out there). So Boy loves Girl, now you've probably already given up on the book at that point but in case u haven't.
Girl loves dance.
Girl gets in car wreck and is paralyzed.
Boy makes pact with God that God can take him away if he lets the girl dance again.
For whatever reason God obliges.
Girl walks.
Boy is terminal.
Boy tells mom of the pact.
Mom hates girl.
Boy struggles to make it to see Girls first dance after wreck.
Boy sees dance and dies that day.
Girl is there for Mom in both there loss.
So my question is: how do I form this into a proper story with the elements I mentioned earlier?

From what I read, you have it all there.

All books start with what you have, really. You have the outline, the chain of events you are going to follow. So now all you have to do is write about all the events, and put them together. And you will get a story after that.

I agree with Bolt. Everything is there.

My tip:

Just write. It will develop more than you think it will. All stories start out as little clips of major events in the story and expand into those great, bestselling novels you see on shelves in bookstores.

Just think on how you want to start your story and go from there. You'll be surprised at the outcome
