A friend of mine wrote a fantasy book that I trudged through, being a good friend and all. This is the prologue with my commentary. As the book gets worse, my commentary gets funnier. I've actually been told that people want my friend's book--but only the edition with my notes.

Sorry that it's attached, but it's 5 pages with my commentary in red. I'm not super-active on here, but hopefully enough that you don't think I'm trying to Con your Ficker.

Hey Daedalus, I'm Icarus. Do your thing, and for God's sake use something better than WAX this time.

What... exactly are we supposed to review on this?
To be frank, it's just you being harsh instead of constructive for five pages, or at least for the majority of it. None of it is particularly funny.
Does your friend KNOW you mock this, post it on the internet, and aspire to make it a novel with your comments? It's sort of a jerk move if you do it without his permission.

I don't mean to be all serious or p*** or anything, but I fail to see the value in this.

[Junior Mod Edit: Please, no swearing in reviews]
'Cause it's the one's with the sorest throats, Laura, who have done the most singing.

This is not something for anyone to review, so it is being locked.
How am I not myself?

What a piece of work is a man! How noble in reason, how infinite in faculty, in form and moving how express and admirable, in action how like an angel, in apprehension how like a god -- the beauty of the world, the paragon of animals!
