I wiped my face
I got it on my coat
I wiped my my coat
I got it on my shirt
I wiped my shirt
I got it on my pants
I wiped my pants
I got it on my shoe
I wiped my shoe

Very cute poem. 'It' was kept mysterious through the whole thing, leaving everything up to imagination. I can imagine this as a children's poem. However, I think that the last line was a bit too long. I think you should break it up into two different lines to keep the rhythm fluid. Also, one tiny nitpick.
