Ok wow I just bought my self a new sketch book since mine is running out of pages quickly and I will have to post some of those another day. So here are a couple of sketches that I did over the past few weeks (wow I havent been on here in forever!) I think I will update this in one seccond once I get my scanner fired up :)

This is my weird mind twisting strange picture. It is a hand bleeding but the blood isnt soposed to look real the way its trickling and such. Its soposed to be kinda twisted but I dont know if I have it in me. :-l

This is Nicki and Lestat from Vampire Lestat. Sorry if this offends any one but yes they are kissing and they are both men. But Lestat sorta looks like a girl. though besides that I am pretty happy with the way he turned out, the only this is Nicki looks really face on a two-D and lestat's head is tilted. Any suggestions?
Image
This is Lestat, just by him self after he hasnt fed for like three years. His cheeks are a little more caved in than I want them to be and suggestions would be welcomed! Also his hair is a little wirey. Yes his lips are a bit to big for his face but first page of Vampire lestat he describes them that way.

This is my other distorted picture that I did on the computer time though it doesnt really fit in with the theme! But I thought it was kinda cool, not my best work but interesting all the same. Any tips on how to make it stand out to you would be welcomed to since I want to be a graphic designer.

Here is another almost kiss scene. The only this is the man (on the right) seems like above his lip is lumpy. But I wanted to share this because I like it. Sorta. :/

Thanks every one, I really love getting comments and improving on my drawing skills.

Hullo =) Let me have a look.

1. Yeah, the blood does look a little weird. In fact, the arm is more like an insane cow hide--I'd much it a lot more and perhaps in some shade on the actual skin, just to keep it a little less sudden, if you see what I mean. But it's up to you. That could work. Nice sketch otherwise.

2. It's a good picture, but it seems to me as if the one on the left is eating the chin of the one of the right, lol. I would stretch out the right one's face and put in some shading, with some thin lips. So they aren't sucking each other's face in. I love the hair of this one. The left person is very clear and good shading and such, but make the other less of a 2D jigsaw, eh?

3. Again, nice. But the eye on the left is a bit oddly positioned and small. Draw some guidelines to get a basis on this, because the face isn't as symmetrical as it might be suited as. Also, the mouth is insanely wide. Final suggestion: The face is a bit lost with the black background, and so maybe just lightening it out or removing the black altogether would be best. Otherwise, a good picture!

4. Ooh, this is very aesthetically-pleasing. ^_^ Was this done on the computer? I'd make the colours a bit more transparent and fit them in with the pattern, if you see what I mean, but nice! I like it. :) Just don't let the background get too lost and overwhelmed.

5. I really like this. The neck, however, is too square and big IMO. And the chin is like a dagger. Other than that, well done!

Not a lot more to say. You're a great artist--keep up the good work!

Best

Thanks so much for the review! Ya, the seccond one is positioned odly. My friend Dana said he looked like a Dementor sucking the other guy's soul out. And it does look cow hide, but that is because I set it down in pizza greese on the school lunch table. ooops. I feel pretty stupid. BUt thank for the review and I will keep trying!

First picture!

Okay! The blood looks a little bit more like... dirt stains XD No offense! I'm not sure how you can make it more bloody looking, but it looks too rubbed in there :). You morbid drawer xD.

Second!

A little... blank. Like, they barely have any lips, and the lines are a bit too light. They could use some pressure and deepning. :D

Third!

[Forgive me if I sound harsh] I think you should use an outline for drawing people face front :D. I'm not trying to be mean, dear, but you know the giant plus sign method? Where you draw a plus sign (+) very largely on paper and then you draw the face on it? The Nose goes on the intersection (always start with the nose!) and the eyes go in the corners of the angles. I'm pretty sure it's easy to find where the mouth goes-- on top! :P Kidding!

Anyway, I'm probably confusing you so here--

That should explain things more :D.

Fourth: That is actually awesome! I love the colors on grey method. That's probably my favorite :D.

Fifth! His chin is sharp! maybe too sharp! And above his lip IS sort of lumpy :D.

Also! I think you should ink in your outlines a bit more :D

On the whole, you have talent, dear. Keep it up!

:D
