The point of this exercise is to get everyone comfortable with saying good things about themselves! Why should we be uncomfortable with our skills and talents? Or the little things we like about ourselves? WHY should we be ashamed to share our good attributes with others?

It could make some people feel bad, because they can't think of something good to say about themselves, or they just don't feel right saying it.

Then they've got something! Modesty!
