Superior Saturday

I've been checking the bookshops for the next installment of the Keys to Kingdom almost every day for the last month - I kept forgetting to check the internet for the expected release day. And that was when I discovered it was a) already released in Australia, and was out in the UK on July, 1st.

So, in the run up, I wanted to check out if anyone else here loves this series, is excited about the new release, and if anyone from Australia has read it - and, of course, what you thought of it!

It comes out on August 1st here in the US. I think I'm going to request that weekend off of work...Superior Saturday AND Breaking Dawn? That's just too much.

So yeah, I love the Keys to the Kingdom series. I'm probably going to have to re-read them, though. It's been a while.

I LOVE the Keyes To The Kingdom series, they are original fantasy. The characters are great and although it sometimes gets confusing to me if I don't re-read the books everytime a sequel comes out, I still love em.

I can not wait to see what will happen next, I get so excited just thinking about it. It's better not to think about it, lol.

I read it yesterday (I'm Australian), I promise I won't spoil anything!

It was not bad; just as good as it's predecessors. One of my favourite things in SSat. is the hiding place of the Will, you'll just have to wait and see where that is.

I think my only problem was that I had forgotten what happened in all of the others books; things have come back to me but I'm going to have to read them all again to fully understand.

The end was a little confusing; I'm going to go back and read it again, but what's really fascinating is the way Arthur is changing. (Remember the Ring Scamandros gave him to measure how far he has changed into a Denizen)

I'm not sure how else to talk about it without giving anything away....

It came out in the UK on Tuesday, so I've read it now! It was really good, but I must admit, I kind of forgot what happened in the other books, too. I remembered the others alright, but Lady Friday was just... gone

Your right, the Will hiding was really, really clever and inventive. The best bit, by far. I think...the fact he didn't conclude anything at the end disappointed me a bit; it felt like it was only half the novel. Now we have to wait a devastatingly long time for the next one - grr!

The description of the tower is a bit confusing, too, if I'm honest. But it was great stuff. I want to know what those floats were, that Dartbristle had!
