Morgaaan!

Sooo... I'm Morgan, 14 years old and CANADIAN (meaning, I am born in the kick-ass country of Canadia). I'm a bit of a nerd, I love love love comic books, video games and my encyclopedias. Because of my nerdiness people avoid me and I only have 3 really good friends, but I'm happy with that.

I'm also really into music, I've liked almost every kind of genre there is at one point in my life. At the moment I really like indie and folk rock music. My favourite bands/singers are Bright Eyes, Tokyo Police Club, Bombay Bicycle Club and Emily Haines. My iTunes library is currently made up of around 340 songs of pure indie goodness.

I'm thinking of being a psychiatrist when I'm older. Although, if I think about it enough this sounds kind of silly considering I'm an extremely paranoid person. But I like to help people and I find metal illness a really interesting subject, so it seems like the way to go.

Lastly, I am a livejournal addict (ask me for my username!!) and I adore photoshop and making icons.

lol, well i tried really hard to make an icon based on my story with photoshop a while back, but...um...well, we'll stick with the techno-demon idea.


can i send you the pictures and just sort of tell you how i kind of want them to look? I just have a problem with the effects, but I already have the pics. I'm not TOTALLY hopeless.

Hmm my favorite? Mae, Brighteyes, Iron and Wine.. stuff like that. I'm also a big fan of 60's music. You already said yours, thats cool I don't knwo many people who are fans of indie. haha

.katsuro.: Ahh~ I love Mae, I first heard about them at bible camp when I was 10. Their new CD isn't the best though, first two were fantastic.

Ahh completely agreed. I only heard about them last year, through searching the web. Unfortunatly some of my friends heard of them on my Ipod, which kind of makes me sad, I really don't like it when music gets overplayed and what-not. So, I'm kind of getting over them and I am hoping to find another band similar to their music soon.
