- This is Christy. Also known as Tim, Maria, Ekr, Lyn-Ker (that's my brother, don't ask >.<), ChristyTwist, and a variety of other nonsense names. I'm from the ridiculously ridiculous country of Canadia. In Alberta, and I applaud you if you know anything about Alberta. It snowed this morning. And I refuse to wear my jacket if it's above -5 C (29 F or something?). And my house doens't have heat right now. It sucks.
Some of my favorite books are The Outsiders by S. E. Hinton, The Pigman by Paul Zindel, and The Outcasts of 19 Shuyler Place by E. G. Konigsburg. Which is funny, because most of my stories/novel projects are nothing like these with the exepction of one. I mostly stick to action. I'm terrible at actually including romance scenes in books. I find it slightly awkward. And I never seem to be able to include it as a subplot because the main plot is going to fast.
I'm movie obsessed. I really want to see Atonement and my favorite movies currently include Pan's Labyrinth (and I don't speak a word of Spanish), No Country for Old Men,[/i]Rent[/i], and a whole bunch of musicals now. Chicago, Sweeney Todd, et cetera. The songs keep getting stuck in my head.
I have an obsession with pretty much anything Fueled by Ramen. Fall Out Boy is like, magical. I have like over 50 songs. And I also listen to Paramore, and Panic! at the Disco, The Fray, One Republic, et cetera.
I'm either going to be a writer or a director. As frustrating as directing is. It's ridiculous. Anyways, those are my plans and obsessions.
