The literature door swung open and a heart shaped woman with long black hair, tall slender frame and small breasts.
This line doesn't make sense because you said it without giving her and action.

She wore a black sweater that reached to her wrist that led to her bony fingers straining to support a diamond ring that shined behind her thin waist. She was hand to hand with Nathan. He sported the ring tumor as well, Courtney stood there unable to react, she was half blinded my the ring.

This part should ahve been conected to the other paragraph, k?
There's also too much spacing fo rmy liking.

"Oh, hi."
There's a comma after "hi" and not a period.

Courtney finally registered what was happening. After eight seconds her vocals regained sound and said " Oh hello. I'm Courtney." the fake smile was unnoticed by this woman, she gave off the smell of honey and flowers. When you looked at her the thought of hummingbirds and sunflowers. Courtney screamed in her mind finding every reason to hold contempt for her - to loathe ---abhor her.
There's supposed to start a new paragraph after you use dialogue, and what does "abhor" meen?

"Oh a smart one.
There's a comma after "Oh".

Courtney said nothing, she bit her lip trying to put her words.
"We got married a month before Christmas. I wanted to tell you before, but--"

Spacing, you have to start a new paragrph after each time you use dialogue, k?
