I've been on a reading hiatus.

I do know that I abhor broad market genre. Writers who actually label their writing into something inherently unoriginal just make no sense. "I'm a horror writer," is one the silliest things I've ever heard.

I'm fifteen. I've been writing for about six months and have learned more than I'd have figured. Had a few people I never expected to meet teach me what they knew, and I'm very grateful. Other than that, my experience is from critiquing bad work and avoiding the pitfalls I recognized.

The self-taught are often the most savvy, it seems...which is grand! My expertise doesn't lie in poetry, incidentally, but if there's ever anything I can do for you, please drop me a PM. See you around the boards. ^_^
