Will someone be my tour guide?

Hello, I'm obviously new to this site and I was wondering if anyone can give me a quick demo of the site. Anything to watch out for? Whats popular? Anything you think I should know! That be rad! Thanks!

Otherwise, hmmm. Just be sure to read all the facts, all the rule, all the little tid bits of info that is lying around. If you have any questions you can PM me or anyone else who is in green (We're the moderators).

YWS is real confusing when you first join. It took me a while to figure out how to get around, haha, so I know how scary is can be. You can find a lot of the things you need by going to the menus at the top and looking through the drop downs. I'm not sure what else I could say... Hang around, and you'll catch on soon.

Hey there, welcome!

The site is pretty easy to navigate. Buttons at the top take you different places. In the community forum there's random threads, chatty threads, welcome threads and basically it's a good place to get a feel for the site and to get to know the members. Then the literary forum has the prose section and poetry section (be sure to review two pieces of work there before you post your own or you'll have a group of mods after you )

One section, in my opinion, to look out for is the storybooks section where you can co-write with other authors and it's loads of fun!

If you have more questions or anything, then get in touch. In fact, you might want to check out the buddy system, let me find you a link - topic20053.html - or you could just ask me questions about it and things.
