Actually, I'm not that new. I joined here a few weeks ago and thanks to a very short attention span and the world's slowest computer I haven't posted anything yet. Anyways, hello! I be Laney, and I've been writing off and on for a year or so (by off and on I mean I tend to give up on my projects when I get discouraged and quit for a while until I get a new idea), and at the moment I'm planning (or pretending to at least) a story that I think will be a trilogy. It's gone through several different titles, but right now it's called The Hunted, though I'm not sure if that's the name of the series or just of the first book. I'd love to type up a little summary of what I have of the plot so far, but it'll have to wait until it's not two in the morning.

kitty15 - It's fantasy, has to do with other worlds and that kind of thing. My favorite book by far is The Golden Compass (or Northern Lights, depending on where you live).
