Hey everyone!

I'm SeeminglyMeaningless - people (on the net) call me SM or jai.

I live in Australia (aussie aussie aussie! oi oi oi!), and ride a kangaroo to school - *sighs* no, I do not, and I resent it when people earnestly ask me that question.

I dislike cat poo, sticks in the mud (literally - whenever I go swimming in my dam, a stick always finds its way between the web of my toes) and terrible writers (but don't we all?).

I love dogs, hugging random people (you should see the LOOK on their faces! They're like, "What the fuck just happened?" LMFAO! . . . it's prolly the reason why I'm avoided by Year 8's at school... pity), potatoes (c'mon - potatoes are the FRUIT of LIFE, man!) and my friends.

I tend to cry in front of a lot of people - mainly teachers. Haha - at least they feel bad about it afterwards.

I'm half Asian, though I like to refer to myself as Black (my best friend often fondly tells me, "I like my women the way I like my coffee, strong, and black.")

I like to make people laugh, and often end up getting hurt in the process - there was this one time where I pretended I was falling out of a window at school. . . and then I actually did. I ended up with a BIG PURPLE bruise on my hip, and one the inside of me knee. I remember saying, "How the fuck did that bruise get in there?"

To my father's disgrace, whenever my sister and I enter a store together (it's usually super markets where there are zillions of people), we act like total nongs. We run around (I'm 16, and she's 13) the store, punching each other, wrestling, the whole kit and caboodle.

I joined this site, like, a week ago, and I'm already addicted.

I'm like a web-joiner junkie. I have a youtube.com, deviantart.com, wikipedia.com, unwikipedia.com, imvu.com, writing.com and many more accounts out there.

I read as if the house is on fire - just one more chapter, then I'll escape from almost certain death. I love fantasy, sci-fi, romance paperbacks (good for when you don't want a plot that'll make you think) and space opera.

Some of my all time authors are: Matthew Reilly (Scarecrow series), Fiona McIntosh (The Quickening Trilogy), David Eddings (Belgarion & Sparhawk), Kate Forsyth (Witches of Elinenia), Michael Crichton (Prey & more), Elizabeth Moon (Trading in Danger and more), Eion Cofler (Artemis Fowl series), Stephen King (Desperation and Gerald's Game) AND MY MOST FAVOURITE of all, Richard Laymon, who, sadly, isn't with us anymore. . .

Of course I have others, but we'd be here all day if I listed them!

Anyways. . . I think that's quite enough about me. Why don't you leave a reply here, so I can go check out yours?

Thanks for reading, guys!

cheers!

jai (aka seeminglymeaningless)
I have an approximate knowledge of many things.
