Sue Mayfield is a British author who writes what some may call YA. However, she doesn't deal with the typical mushy romance or anything like that..her books normally have a heavy theme to them.
I've just read Damage by her and I think that it was a really good book. It's about a few families and how they are all connected by their children and how all their lives change because of one night. One party and one car.
Some of Mayfield's other books are based around bullying, teen pregnancy and death of loved ones.
Has anyone else read her books?
