I would appreciate it if you would be so kind as to take a gander at my portfolio website, COSMONAUTiCAL and tell me what you think.
I've checked it on the browsers available to me (IE & Firefox, PC / Safari, IE, Firefox, Mac) but if you use something else, please let me know if everything works properly.
I would also appreciate your opinion on design (a little bland?) and content (not a whole lot).
Thank you for your time.

edit: after a little tweaking, the whole site (all three pages of it) is W3C valid.

er... I'm moving this to random. Even if it does have to do with art, this isn't for advertising.

Eh... he's asking for critiques, so it would be better in Other. ;)

She. She's looking for critiques. (I, er, get that a lot in real life.)

I figured it would go under art, 'cause mostly I want(ed) feedback on the design aspect, less than the technical one. (... I would still like to know if the site is not displaying in other browsers.)

My bad! :P

Okay... It looks pretty cool so far. The one thing I noticed that, on your main page, you have these bright vivid pictures on the right (balance, rhythm, emphasis, and unity) but your actually layout is very dull. For instance, the orange stars and your logo just don't stand out very much with all the other bright colors and, frankly, clashes. So yeah. I would redesign the site to have more vivid colors as far as the background goes.

They're pretty vivid on the computers I checked, but I'll look into it. Can I ask what browser/platform your using, and what your brightness/contrast is, or at least if you've changed it from the default? (I want to check it at home.)

I will look into the color scheme, in any case. (I love CSS. It makes things so much easier to fix.)

The blue is nice and bright on mine but admittedly the orange is too close to yellow to stand out against it and it could do with something a little brighter. Your graphics work is very good though. I especially like the style of 'unity' and 'rhythm.' Now something like that as a background couldn't fail to stand out but I suppose it would take away from the art pieces.

I have an imac, with the resolution as dull as I can get. Still, usually things are bright enough for me to see. ;)
