1. Save the photos as .jpegs.
2. Host them at http://imageshack.us/. There are other hosting websites, but this one is my favorite because it's simple and doesn't require registration.
3. Get the direct link to image.
4. Copy and paste that link in-between the tags [img]and[/img]
It's tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it it's simple. I hope this helped!
