The first stanza seems like you're just separating the sentence... not too exciting. I like the second part though.

Hmm...wow, that made me think. Good stuff. Good tone, but I agree with Snoink that you may want to rethink how the 1st stanza is written.
I think you could expand. The second stanza was witty but it didn't have huge impact.
Ah well, I liked.

Aw... lol. Well, seeing as I liked the second part better because of more vivid imagery and a personal touch, put that more into it?
