You knocked me down,
and my tears blurred my vision
so much that I'm still blind.

You pretend to know me,
yet you've barely bothered
to scratch the surface.

Do you have any clue what you do to me?

As we brushed shoulders,
I made sure to take a long swig
of you, for I doubt I'll see you enough
to sustain me in this wasteland.

I really liked it.

Especially this bit
my tears blurred my vision
so much that I'm still blind.

I am guessing you wrote down what was in your heart which is nice.

Too many "my"s in one line? I'd suggest taking out the first one because the first line implies that they're your tears; I liked the last line, especially because you said "still blind", making the condition seeminly never-ending.

You pretend to know me,

to scratch the surface.

Do you have any clue what you do to me?

The second line seems a little awkward to me; maybe if you change it to present tense? If you want to keep it in past tense, though, I'd still suggest changing "you've" to "you"; I don't know if the "have" is necessary. The line that stands alone seemed awkward, mostly because it was longer than the ones around it, and was the only one that didn't continue. Maybe you could expand it, or absorb it into another stanza?

As we brushed shoulders,
I made sure to take a long swig
of you, for I doubt I'll see you enough

I liked this stanza the most! especially the "I made sure to take a long swig of you". I thought of someone trying to drink someone elses spirit, and it was just cool.

Overall, I liked your poem, it made me think of someone falling down in slow motion by beginning with someone being knocked down, and ending with what happened just before (I still like that last stanza).
