I genuinely do not know how to use this website and I would love some help. I really would love to read and share poetry and writings but I don't even know how to post. Nor how to comment. And I don't quite know where I'm posting this, and I'm so sorry if this is not where to ask. I just do not know where to do so! I just got on this web!

The site can be very confusing at first but I'm so glad you reached out for help!
I recommend using YWS on a computer or laptop as it might be easier to use. Assuming you are using one, let's get into it!
Starting from the very top of your site screen, you have four tabs that can take you places. One is you "Me" tab where you can edit your profile and see what you have published. Next is your "Messages" tab which is basically also called your PM (Private message) box. Think of this as your YWS email! Next is your "Notifications" tab. This will tell you if anyone has commented on your published works or replied to a post you made! It will also show you have notifications for other stuff but that depends on what forums or groups you participate in. Lastly in you "Publishing Center" this is where you will publish your works. It's very easy to use and all you need to do is follow the prompts.
The only catch with the Publishing Center is that you need 200 points to publish. You gain these points by reviewing (or commenting ) on other people's works. The longer the review, the more points you get! you can review works by pressing the big "The Young Writers Society" Image you see on the left which is next to the Spooktober banner. there you will see the "Literary Spotlight" which are some of the more popular writings that are displayed for the day. Scrolling further down you can see many other works that you can review.
To review them you simply read the work and scroll to the bottom of the person's work. For example I clicked in the literary spotlight, LuminescentAnts's "The Thorns I Swallowed". If I scroll down to the bottom of her work I can see a grey shaded box that says to leave a comment of review. I would write my comment and review and BEFORE pressing the SUBMIT button, I would press the little icon right above it which asks "is this a review?" Simply press it so that it changes from a No to a Yes. THEN press Submit and you will gain points for your next work you want tp publish!
But say i did not answer all your questions and nothing made sense. Well right below the Spooktober banner is more tabs. From the left to right, the settings icon, a trophy icon, all literary (which is where are the publish works are), blogs (just blogs made by users lol), books (more literary, chat (the YWS CHAT ROOM), Clubs (there are so many clubs you can join. I highly recommend you look around and see what peaks your interest!), Forums (ask another person about this lol. very confusing to me), People (we'll come back to this), Poetry (other literary writing you can review and comment on), Shorts (same as the Poetry tab), and lastly Roleplays (which also ask another person about). You also have the "Green Room" Which is the only green tab on the site. This is where all the works published only have 1 to 0 reviews.
For the People tab this is where you can post about anything and ask questions! By pressing it you will see another grey shaded box that inside says "update status" this is where you can write anything from a silly thought you had today to a writing question! Once you write your thought out, press the "Post Comment" and wait for people's replies! You'll know people have replied when you see your Notifications tab say 1 Notification (sometimes there will be more numbers). On some occasions the site will glitch and the comment you tried to post won't actually go through, but no worries! You can type it again and it should work the second time. If you scroll down you will see other people posts. For example you might see my name SkyVibes! You'll see that abt 20 minutes ago I shared a comment about a speech i wrote asking people to review it for me!
