I think you're killing me.

I feel like the kisses you press against my forehead are laced with drain cleaner. Like your hands are all rat poison and arsenic. I stick out my tongue for your mercury-flavored thumb so that you can tie it up in submission.

My breath is shallow, my lungs are heavy, and your grin is wicked as it is caring. There is glass in your lavender milk, honey in the stab wound on my chest. I am bedridden, I am handcuffed, I am yours.

You kiss my tears away with soft murmurs and stroke my feverish body as it trembles and jerks. I gasp out for you to stop the pain and the soft noise you make in the back of your throat is almost enough to make me stop.

Almost.

Spoon me radium water until my cheeks are glowing. Put on my lead makeup until I look pretty and desirable again. Even as I cough up rosey blood and pearly shards of bone.

I think I'm going to die like this--My eyes hazy and never quite sure if I should lean into your hand or bite it until it bleeds. I think you don't mind one bit. Your soft coos are a countdown until I have no life left to think. Until rigor mortis has me stuck in a position of utter submission to your radioactive kindness.

I am bed-ridden [and you are stroking my thighs as they atrophy], I am handcuffed [you tighten the cuffs so I can't squirm, making sure the plush fur hides the biting metal beneath], I am yours [you smirk as I gasp for a breath I'll never catch, my face going pale as Death catches me instead].

Wist, first of all, your graphics and theme were incredible! Secondly, your spookiness was really strong. And thirdly, I got this strong sense of a 'yearning' or 'desire for more' through your words, which is something that really resonated with me. :D
