I'm trying to draw....

Hi there!!

Welcome to my art thread!!!

I've recently moved on from my usual drawing subjects and developed a bit of an obsession with drawing people, which is something I'm a complete ameture at. So, that's what I'm going to be posting here, also, I'm going to be very irregular but I'll still try my best to develop some semblance of consistency.

As I said, I'm a an ameture when it comes to people so all feedback, suggestions and criticisms are most welcome!

I Think I've got faces down, but one thing I really struggle with is replication, I can draw a character only once T-T Every time I try to draw the same character again, it looks like a different person!








One thing I've tried to do is give each character very distinctive features like hair, etc but I'm not sure if its working.....

Any suggestions?

Huh for some reason I can't see the images. Is that just on my side or can you no longer see them as well?

@OrabellaAvenue They've disappeared for me as well! I'll try to fix it.... but I'm not really sure how.... insertion of images confuses me at the best of times 😭😭😭

I use imgur.com to upload images and have found it reliable so far! You can create a free account, then click the green "New post" button in the top left, then upload your images. Once they're uploaded, you can left click and copy the image link, then put that link inside the img bbcode. Make sure the link has a ".png" or ".jpg" or something at the end! Hope that helps ^^
