I don´t know if this date is for your timezone or not (for me it would be tomorrow in the early evening) but anyway, I would prefer, to do it maybe on a weekend or Friday? I´m usually not at home before 8 p.m. (except doing HomeOffice like today).
In order to "avoid" such new meetings, wouldn't it make sense to make a list of what happens next that is short and to the point, so that we have a rough idea of the situation of the plot? Once we have this framework for the house, we can each paint our own walls when it's our turn to write.
