Quarantine Love Stories

Hello! Completely unaffiliated with YWS and official contests in any way, I'm inciting you to write a story that I will personally enjoy! It should be a love story, be that a romance or otherwise, but love should be the central theme no matter what. One or all of your characters should be on lockdown, or in a similar situation. It can be contemporary, historical, fantasy, whatever takes your fancy. It can be posted in one part or in multiple parts but overall the word count should be less than 10,000 . The prize will be a 20 euro/$25 dollar gift voucher for Amazon/Barnes & Noble/a bookseller of your choice. Kids, please check with a parent or guardian that they're happy for me to email you one of these! I will 100% be letting personal bias be a part of my judging. This means that the story should give me the warm fuzzies. It doesn't necessarily have to have a happy ending, but I love a little humour and am a total sucker for trope-y love stories. All entries will receive a review from me. Closing date is the 20th June .

Thank you for extending the deadline! I've been wanting to work more on my short story/come up with a new one that better fits the theme, but I haven't really had the time to these past few weeks with my online classes and other writing projects on and off YWS. The new deadline is exactly what I need.
