How do the Team's work?
Each Team will consist of tThe Leader. The leaders job is to provide support for the other members, and to set an example via review quality, and quantity, The Encourager whose job is to encourage others to keep reveiwing and inspire them, and The Followers who consist of everyone who is not the The Leader or The Encourager.
