The rules say two requests every few days... Does that mean per person or per work?

How would you make a thread fun and themed? It's not like a storybook thread where you can put banners and stuff, right?

You absolutely can put banners in. There are basically no restrictions to what you can do in your own thread so long as you abide by the site rules.

How do i tag my thread as accepting?

@elysian - when you go to edit the first post of your thread, you should see a thing that says "Topic Tag" with a drop-down menu above the title of the thread. Click on that, and you'll see all the tags available.
