Need Title for Character

I need an imposing title for a character in my book. The book is a fantasy currently in a steampunk world.

The character's name is Kyra Solar, she's the head of a

secret organization bent on multiverse domination masquerading as a

school for mages, so she's somewhere between Dumbledore and a James Bond villain. She has powerful magic, she's cunning and manipulative, and can often be emotionless. She has little regard for the wishes or feelings of others when it comes to getting what she wants. I need a title befitting her stature. Just to be clear, she isn't the highest authority, so it can't be something like Queen or Evil Overlord. I need something that says she is in control.

I've considered Consul, but decided against it because then my book sounds way too much like Magic: The Gathering.

Lord Regent, Overseer, Controller, Master Controller, Warden, Ward, Fenra erm, I don't know what type of name you want, a new word especially for this book universe or something already in use, like Captain, but obviously not Captain.
