Roleplay Duos Rules & Resources (Old)

Welcome to Roleplay Duos! This is the place to go to if you want to do any dual-authorships with our members. Along with the regular rules of YWS, we have four easy rules for you to follow before you start writing!



1. Be respectful of your fellow Troublers.

2. Mark R-rated or 18+ content in the title of the thread. No pornographic works are allowed in this forum; threads should never describe acts of a sexual nature in more than the briefest detail.

3. Treat this like a regular story! Use good grammar and spelling unless conceptually justified.

4. If you need a partner, check out the Writing Roulette or Need A Buddy! stickies! You'll be more likely to find a partner there than through posting a new thread asking for a partner.

Say you want to write a short story with someone... just to try out writing with someone else. How would a person go about it? Would you each choose a character, or just collaborate and get one person to write?

I think, if it's a collaboration, both parties should have a chance to write.

But how?

However you both decide works best for the story!
