Suggestions?

Okay, I need help.
My school's magazine deadline for submissions is coming up really soon, and I want to submit something. Not to bother you all or anything, but do you have any suggestions on what to send in? Did you guys really like any of my stories?

It can be anything I wrote, but it has to be under I think 13 pages double spaced. So I have quite a lot of freedom in the choice. The competition seems pretty strong, but I'm hoping mine can surprise everyone and make it in. :>

I loved the one about the favorite parent! I think that, while it does need some editing and a possible rewrite to bring it up to competition standards, it's so adorable and I love the story and characters you created so muchhh.
